happy studying saya ucapkan kepada rakan2 yang sedang menjalani ibadah belajar, didoakan moga kita semua berada di bawah jagaan Allah selalu.
petang2 camni dok hapdet belog sambil makan anggur hijau fresh rubuk kilo,ahh nyaman sekali terasa,sambil pipi ditampar halus oleh angin bayu berpuput indah (ayat sastera habih,,kuikui)
daripada duk saja,harini saya nak kongsi lah sedikit mnemonics ataupon akronim untuk pelajar medik di luar sana
hurm diingatkan mnemonics ni bukanlah saya yg buat..all credits goes to mr mohamed el sayed budak arab medical student satu uni dengan saya.lulz, (bajet jeh dia baca post ni)
akronim ni applicable utk subjek biochem je hokey! jangan nak apply kat subjek anatomy pulak, ahakz ok itu tak lawak yana.
tadi masa saya tengah dok bukak home facebook,keluar lah post dari page BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL MD'S (mohon like page tersebut ye,i'm one of the admins lulz-bajet-gila-hang) pasal mnemonics ni,saya yang tertarik dgn post itu lantas tanpa buang masa barang sesaat dua terus meng kopi dan pes tomato kannya ke dalam notes saya di desktop,pastuh dripada dok buang karen main fesbuk maka terhasillah satu idea bernas lagi takaful untuk menghapdet kannya di belog dan berkongsi pengetahuan ini dengan rakan2 semua.
tu dia panjang history taking aku buat pasal mnemonics ni. kalau rasa menyampah mohon skip baca part atas tu atau lempang diri anda laju2 pasai buang masa selama 30 saat baca part history taking tu.ahahah

How aspirin acts in controliing myocardiac infarction?
Aspirin will inhibit COX enxyme, thus reduces the production of thromboxane and prostacyclin. However, the endothelium cells will produce new COX in matter of hours and lead to formation of prostacyclin. Whereas platelet can't manufacture the enzyme COX and the level of thromboxane rises only as new platelet enter the circulation. Small amount of aspirin for long period can decrease clot formation.
